I have just been approved and I have a sleeve surgery date for June 4th. I don't want to wait years before I start dating again. It's already been almost 2 years. ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO INCREASE EXERCISE AND WAIT IT OUT STALLS HAPPEN AS YOU BODY READJUST I HAVE GONE WEEKS WITHOUT THE SCALE MOVING THE LAST FEW POUNDS TO GOAL ARE A BUGGER JUST STAY FOCUSED ON THE GOAL IT WILL HAPPEN CHEERS HAVE A GREAT DAY

Ok so im almost 8 months out and i am 4 pounds away from the goal the dr and nutritionist set for me i feel i wanna go 10 pound more so a total of 14 more pounds these last 4 pound have been very stubborn to move i will keep moving forward with my goal in mind as well as the drs i no longer take any meds for bp or pain pills for knees or back best of all no pain what so ever feel pretty good over all thanks for reading every one this is a great support for me before surgery and after thank you all

quick update 2 stubborn pounds to go and im going to stop stepping on the scale 3 times a day as i have almost become a slave to the scale i hate that thing at times lol no more daily once a week is fine very weird how i have gotten hyper focused on it time for that to STOP NOW !!!!!!!

that I would develop an all-consuming fixation on pooping (or not pooping). I HAVE A NECK did you know i have ribs and hip bones as well i have a chin as well and yes the tail bone hurts

remember WHO you are doing this for and stay focused on you, use you tool and let it do the work as any tool it needs maintenance and that is your part walk and follow dr s instructions cheers and much success to you and your new tool

as much as you can i think i was trying to do 2 miles a day was not successful on some days for sure i do walk as much as possible now at least 5 miles a day

no need for either you look amazing!!!!! family vacation sounds like a lot more fun for sure cheers
