my doctors goal was 210 lb (just under 8 months ) my personal goal is 200 the last ten pounds have been a s.o.b. just got to push harder to hit that and maintain it scale is still moving just like a turtle in hibernation (kinda slow ) we all do this in our time 12-18 months is what i was told it would take as some one else said im very dedicated to my health at this point almost hyper focused so i can hit that goal make you journey yours and enjoy the ride and the great success and the failures own them all and embrace and learn from both cheers to all !!!!

FIRST CONGRATS , DRINK WATER SO THEY CAN FIND YOUR VEINS STAY FOCUSED ON THE TOOLS YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE AND USE THEM AS INTENDED THERE WILL BE UPS AND DOWNS STAY FOCUSED AND WALK OR EXERCISE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN DRINK WATER AND REPEAT

IT ALL BEEN GOOD FOR ME EXCEPT SOME CONSTIPATION AND SOME DEPRESSION AND I AM WORKING THROUGH THOSE EVERY DAY STAY FOCUSED IT DOES HELP CHEERS !!! NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH WOW!! STAY POSITIVE

i feel our head control what goes in our mouth if you have to tell yourself its ok to eat it its probably not ok this is like any addiction it takes dedication and determination as the sleeve is just the tool we use it can not control our heads we all need to seek some help and also help ourselves not rely only on the tool we have been blessed with portion control and healthy choices are in our head we need to stay focused on our heath and our success

i had mine done one week after surgery no problem did not have to really clean out had no food in there made it pretty easy to do best news was it was all good whoohoo!!!!

I NEVER REALLY STOPPED DRINKING COFFEE EVER SLOWED WAY DOWN STILL HAD IT THE DAY AFTER I HAD MY VSG WAS NOT HAVING MUCH NOT EVEN A CUP YES I STILL DRINK COFFEE

I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE REFLUX THAN THE WEIGHT I WAS AND THE DEPRESSION AND KNEE AND BACK PAIN TO THE POINT I DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING VSG HAS GOT ME OFF ALL MED BLOODS PRESSURE AND I WAS PRE DIABETIC AND HEADING FOR DAILY SHOTS OF INSULIN IF I DID NOT CHANGE SO REGRET NO NOT ME I FEEL WAY MORE POSITIVE AND NOT IN PAIN ALL DAY AS I WAS DO I HAVE SOME ACID RE FLUX YES I DO I CAN DEAL WITH THAT THOUGH OVER THE ALTERNATIVE I WAS DEALING WITH FOR SURE JUST MY TWO AND HALF CENTS CHEERS EVERYONE

this is so true dont compare to everyone else do this at your speed and reach those mini goals thats how i did it so far

i have worked very hard to make my drs goal and now im doing it for me i want 200 lbs before aug 29th and with 5 lbs to go i hope to get it i walk and exercise every day eat about 900 to 1100 calories a day which i have increased from 800 to this now my head and heart are in this for life and i wanna live and enjoy life cheers to all on there journey

so i totally agree with you one lady said you are so much nicer now that you lost the weight same person she just never talked to me before is the only difference i was like WTF fake people oh well i feel better maybe she is right idk glad i have done this for me and not them i have been asked if i had cancer or if i was dying all kinds of crazy stuff where were you when i was eating myself to death really !!!!!!!

walk and exercise is you friend at this point and get all the protein you an get in stay away from the bad carbs is my suggestion and then hydrate then walk more

hello fellow Washingtonians i had mine in aug of 18 doing pretty good so far be fun to have a get together with all of us and we can ask questions and get updates on all of our progress anyone interested in that could be at a coffee house or something ?

i tryed pizza that does not work one bite and out it came before i got it down still dont do pizza although i want to just cant do it
