Thank you so much for sharing. They definitely seem noticeable up close but nice and white. I wonder if sunning/tanning would help or make them look worse? Love how your surgeon went back into the same entry site to take out your gallblader. Very nice and neat. I've always used Mederma in the past but may have to try the silicone sheets. Thanks again for sharing and CONGRATS on the weight loss!

Yay! Good to know the side sleeping is working. I got a pregnancy pillow so hoping that will aid some relief in early days along with lots of extra other fluff.

Hi there: I've lost 10 lbs. in 10 days on my pre-op diet. So thrilled! My goal is to lose 100 lbs. total so I feel good about the jump start as I have 90 to go. My surgery date is 4 days away. Eeeek! @Hal711 - I think I'll order some of those fruit Punch Premier Protein waters. They sound great!

I didnt think of a pregnancy pillow! That sounds like an awesome idea. I wish i would have thought of that. Lol.

Good for you for getting those clothes bagged up. You definitely are feeling the energy too. I'm eager to unbox smaller clothes in the months to come. ONE MORE WEEK!!!!!

I can only imagine the night before jitters. Thinking of you, @Trixie82. Just think about all the reasons why you wanted the surgery. Think about all the positive things and love in your life and carry those happy thoughts with you. You're about to go take a really nice nap tomorrow and everything is going to feel like puppies and rainbows. Know that we are here for you when you're ready. Hi Twin! You look FAB! Congrats on so much weight loss. You're killing it. I'm eager for the 25th to arrive. I don't know about you, but the close date is giving me a huge burst of energy to get stuff done.

You two will do great! I started the pre-op diet this past Monday but wasn't supposed to start until today. My surgery is June 25th. It was tough the first day and believe me I can feel my tummy growling at times, but keeping full and hydrated with Water help. I think I'm beginning to get the hang of it. I just have all my mini meals/snacks scheduled daily to the minute. Haha! Bonus - I'm down 6 lbs. YAY!

You can do it! The Protein Shakes are pretty low cal, so I think you'll find you'll be ready for the next shake when it's time. I love the Light & Fit Dannon Yogurts. They only have like 7 grams of sugar and I want to say 80 calories? There are some yummy flavors like strawberry cheesecake and lemon meringue pie. They taste like dessert.

First day of liquid diet before surgery june28th. I’m starting to get really nervous about the surgery. Hoping everything goes well.

not much into the youtube stuff, I took pictures wearing the same thing, standing in the same position and put them side by side in one picture. I have about 4 or 5 months (6 different pictures). @Hal711 - Love your mantra and thinking about it as I watch the clock. 5 more minutes till lunch. HAHA! I have a couple options for Breakfast, lunch and dinner and Yogurt and Cottage cheese can be combined with 3 oz. of Turkey, Fat Free Ham or chicken for lunch or dinner. I just eat really slow and savor each bite.
