  1. There has been nothing massive about my weight loss im loosing extremely slow and gained a pound.. i go to the gym 10 times a week and do cardio and strength and many times end up with less than 400,500, or 600 calories and im not loosing
  2. So does the exercise subtract from calories and then that equals the actual calories consumed or is it the calories in general that equals total for example if i have 300 calories and i do 100 exercise do i have 200 calories or still 300
  3. Okay!! Im gonna try to up my calories! And i've been eating chicken lean meats for protien my NUT said try to aim at 600-800 no more than 8 but its hard
  4. Feeling so discouraged, I eat less than 500 calories a day I go to the gym around 10 times a day.. twice Monday Wednesday friday and saturday and Im still not loosing!! And today I gained a POUND!! What is happening im so sad and depressed. Im going to be fat forever
  5. Me too! I'm down 30 from pre and post! 26 from post.. and im stuck and i work out and I don't eat more than 400. But my nut told me i should eat between 500-800 cals no greater than 800.
  6. 3 pounds down in 4 days. Loosing the numbers after the decimals. Lol. Slowly but healthy
  7. So im loosing really slow... what can I do ?? My calorie intake is like less than 500 honestly?? I am going to the gym and do cardio 30 minutes and legs and arms. i sweat like crazy. What can I do what am i doing wrong!! I was in a like 3-4 week stall im only 5 weeks out tomorow

  10. I do!! My therapist told me its because our abdominal muscles where weakened and our position, im a month out tomorrow and still have a bit of back pain Our back is the backbrace of our abdomen it'll get better
  11. Starting the gym today! So excited!! To get this body into shape
  12. Hey!! Ya'll so i'm now on the soft food stage yay!! And I got cleared to head to the gym and do anything that doesn't hurt!! Haha yay
  13. FRIENDS!!! I lost 5 pounds in 2 days!!!
  14. I did zumba a little bit not too many movements but i worked up a sweat! Lost a pound!
  15. Im trying to break mine too!! I used to everyday now its like everyother day! But I have not hope fully tomorrow they let me start!!
  16. Yeah! I've lost 26 pounds already i have my one month appointment tomorrow! But I have stalled for like the past 1-2 weeks.. im upset
  17. So the key to weight loss after a stall is PROTIEN ???
  18. I think every body is different, the firs two weeks I lost 20 and the third nothing.. I gained a pound then I lost it and this is my fourth week and I haven't loss.. maybe uping my protein will help! And water! And eating normally ( 3-4 hours). And exercise now.

    July Gastric Bypass?

    That's 4 oz right? Yeah sometimes I feel full before the 4oz especially if its like tuna or eggs. I cant even finish a whole scrambled egg. For tomorrow ( 8am-3:20pm) I packed 4oz of tuna. With 1tsp of mayo (lemon and pinch of salt) 4 wheat crackers with a side if 1 1/2 of hummus 2oz of baby snack ( it's the banana puff stars) And 3 salami rolls with a bit of cream cheese on it (the light kind) and the salamis are not big i doubt I will eat it all but I packed extra just in case!! But I do have to eat 5-6 times a day, so there will be dinner at home.. and breakfast at home.. probably an egg for breakfast and a protein shake for dinner or protein shake for both 😌

    Hey ya'll! I start classes tomorrow what can I take for lunch??? And snacks?? Im in college junior year so my classes give me a break at 11-12:30 but im there from 8am-about 3:20! Any snacks and food ideas? Also portion sizes?
