  4. newbie

:thumbup:Well I have been reading all the wonderful blogs for the last two weeks. You guys are great to each other and very inspirational.
I had my seminar a couple of weeks ago and have my Dr appointment May 22 2008. My weight at this time is 242 on my 5 foot frame. yuk!!!! I hope to blog frequently and let you know how I am progressing, since it does seem to help, and I think my DH is getting sick of hearing it. He is the sweetest but I only have one thing on my mind tell this happens. I have good insurance so I don't have to jump through to may hoops. Just phsy, labs, EKG, etc. Good luck to all of you and God speed. Shirlene
