Thanks Biddy zz, I am trying to rethink my eating habits, actually trying to do more liquids now, I thought about drinking 2 glasses of protein powder now but not sure if that is wise or not.

Hello everyone, new to the forum. I am trying to get my support groups for before and after surgery together. I am going through my last steps for pre-surgery, I just completed my Psych Eval., and will do my return 45 min. visit this Thursday, I should be ready to be scheduled for my surgery date hopefully by early next week. Thanks for accepting me.
