  1. Hello, First time posting, hoping this isn't too obvious a question. 3 weeks post op today and things are going pretty well I think, but my body's usual signals are new and I/''m still getting used to them. I almost never feel hungry. In situations where I should feel hungry, my stomach will be noisy or feel like there's gas in it, or I'll feel nauseous (which of course makes me not want to eat stuff). I'm getting in about 90g protein per day and doing well with water, just wondering if all of this is par for the course? I was never a snacker, but I'm trying to keep it so I eat something every 2-3 hours. Happy to join such a positive group, thanks for having a peek at my question.
  2. I'm 3 weeks out and I like cubed tofu with a little sesame oil and garlic salt, or a piece of provalone cheese with a paper thin slice of prosciutto inside. Lots of protein. I agree with the poster above, making food is weird for a while because your idea of what your portioning will be like is totally new. You can do it!!!
  3. Thanks you two! It's hard for me to get more than about 3oz in there at meal times (what a trip compared to pre-op!) but I'll try moving the snacks closer together too. Maybe a little more food in there will help! Thanks again!
