  3. Wegmans version of Powerade zero
  4. My on-plan recipe? Take time for me ...ok, I realize it’s not a food recipe, but as a wife, teacher, mom of two, friend, volunteer, etc. I have to remember to make ”me time” a priority!
  5. He would tell people??? Sounds like the problem is your husband, not the surgery
  6. Day nine How do I stay on plan? Plan, plan, plan. I don’t leave anything up to chance. Carry water with me everywhere I go, keep Greek yogurts in the work fridge, if I’m invited to a party, I bring a dish (one that I can eat, so if there’s nothing else there, I know I have a safe option). Fail to plan...plan to fail
  7. Current fitness plan-zero But I’m trying to change that. Write in my planner “working out” on Wednesday and Sunday. Just really having trouble finding motivation these days
  8. NYJenn replied to DeltaBravo's topic in Rants & Raves
Um, pretty sure it was just an oversight. I can’t really see what BP would have to gain from fat shaming a bunch of fat people. Guess what? Secret’s out. We already know we’re fat
  9. Day 7 I want to be the “after” photo
  10. Send me a message if you want. We have the same surgery date and I’d love to support you, if you need help
  11. Week one update; down 5 lbs Doing so much better with my water intake. Averaging about 75 oz/day. Stayed away from gluten and my tummy was much happier
  12. Or the insane amount of food in fridge? ?
  13. Lol, I’ve seen his same design a lot. Typical houses built in the 90s I guess
  14. Days 4 and 5, and 5 lbs down already. It’s amazing what happens when you stop eating “holiday” foods
  15. All I really had was a water goal and a protein goal. Everything else was up to me. If I didn’t eat something I just asked for alternatives. I def think you are overthinking it.
  16. Starting stats-bypass completed on July 10, 2018 January 1st-197lbs Down 91 lbs, still losing ? Weight goal for the month-10 pounds
  17. Happy New Year Final weigh in 197 Weight lost during challenge: 13 lbs ?
  18. No clue...never thought to ask
  19. I’m keeping a strict food journal and tracking my “episodes” He wants to see what my trigger foods might be. Could be gluten, dairy, etc. I’m not finding any trends yet, but it’s been a rough week and my eating has been all over the place.
  20. Husband and my mom are the only ones who know
  21. The Gi didn’t show a stricture so no endoscopy was scheduled
  22. I have zero regrets. Even the tough times have been bliss compared to trying to live my life at almost 300 lbs. (that’s no way to live)
  23. Yes, you can and will need to go at least that long without pizza. Short term loss, long term gain
