Clothing - buy stuff and it doesn't fit

Everyone I personally know says thrift stores and yard sales until you are farther along and holding sizes longer. Also there are many clothing subscription companies advertised now. I personally think it's odd, but it's an idea.
  2. Great idea, now i gotta go add that to my list 😜

    Packing for hospital overnight

Any time i have gone i need my own pillow or at the very least a soft comfy pillow case. The stiff scratchy ones they have are so uncomfortable!

    New tricks and tips

A friend gave me a tip of adding fat free powdered milk to any shakes or milk to increase the protein so it's easier to meet protein requirements during the post surgery period when u consume very little.
  8. The only meat i plan to puree is chicken or turkey for "chicken salads" Will do hard boiled eggs like that as well. I can't imagine it any other way. I have had friend do meats in fat free gravy or in with potatoes etc. Doesn't sound appetizing to me.
  9. Travel bag is a great idea. Ive been hinting around about a recliner to my bf.... fingers crossed!
  10. Congrats! Good luck with surgery and speedy recovery
  11. I want your big binder so I can obsessively read one more thing for the next couple months..lol I don't get one!!!
  12. experts guide to weight loss surgery and the one from the dummies series... cant remember if its weight loss surgery for dummies or gastric bypass surgery for dummies. I have bought almost everything from amazon. Prime junkie here...lol my cart is still full of items I wanna buy before surgery.
  13. I have also bought the shaker/blender cup, small spoons and cocktail forks as well. Forgot about those!
  14. So far I have bought my kitchen scale, New measuring cups, small 4 oz containers to prepare and freeze portions of soups etc. A vitamix blender, a mini chopper. I bought sampler packs of protein drinks from 2 different companies. A few 4 packs of different brands and flavors of ready to drink protein. Silicone molds for broth and soups. Still have a list of items to pick up (overkill, I know) Oh and 2 books.
