  1. Looking great bro. I'm an inch shorter but at my heaviest in March 2018 I was almost 20lbs heavier. At surgery I was 342. I've hit the 100lb loss mark but have been yo-yoing the past few months. Not too concerned so much as it was the holidays and I cheated like a BOSS (also have not started working out at all and havn't walked in months). I will get back on it but the diet for now is back on track at least. CONGRATS TO YOU SIR @nenes78 You've done great and I wish you only the best to come!!!!!!

  2. Glad you all posted. Same happening with me but I have also gotten content with bad carbs in my diet. Not like before but still eating them. Gonna cut them out and hope for the best. Was stuck in the low 250s but got past it. Now stuck in the mid to high 240s fluctuating. Feel great compared but still want quite a bit more of this weight off.

  3. Six months today. Weighed in at 249.7Lbs this morning. Doing well and feeling really great. I've been floating around this weight for the last 2 months at least. I wouldn't call my case a stall because up to date I havn't really done any work to get to this point. I walked for the 1st few months but since have not done any sort of exercise. I've thought about it a ton and planned but my lazy a$$ hasn't done a thing. I saw my NUT two days ago and although she's happy with my weight loss and progression she stresses that I need to start getting active. I know I do but really lack the motivation, more mentally than physically. Any tips on getting there?

Best to all of you and I hope it's going great for all of you!!!!!

Did you end up starting the Convict Conditioning program? If so, what's your progress been like?

I got the book after I read your post, and just starting Part 2 where they describe each of the big six. It's been a good read so far.

My lazy A$$ hasn't started anything. I've done prep to start but have not physically done anything. Will/want to start soon though. Grats on starting, how are you feeling?

  5. Followed on IG. Congrats on your soon to come surgery and Best To You on your journey. Feel free to throw any questions or concerns my way if needed.

Just wanted to say do a search on the product you mentioned your IG post. The one you said you know you couldn't take for pain post surgery (not Advil). There are a few posts on here about it, if you havn't already seen them. But they may help you out in future decisions. Good Luck To You!!!!

  6. I hit 100 plus ounces daily. It didn't start off that way and it's sometimes easy to forget to drink. I count the Water I use to make my shakes as well though. I have two shakes a day @ around 35 ounces each and two to three refills on my water bottle which is 26 ounces.

You have to work to make it a habit. Have that water bottle by your side at all times. Sip all the time, not just when you have a thirst. If you have to, do like others do and add that flavoring or drink the GatoradeZero or tea.

My biggest issue is how many times throughout the day I have to get to the can and take a piss. Learning to live with that as well.
