That’s awesome! 28lbs in a week! I haven’t lost half of that. I think I’ve lost 11-12lbs. 4 days till surgery -
Congrats to everyone who was recently approved!!! I am on day 8 of my liver shrink diet and I am feeling good. Mine allows me to eat one small meal and two shakes a day. I do find myself thinking that I SHOULD be hungry but I'm working on that bug in my ear.

I’m on a shake for breakfast and a small fruit, same for lunch, and small meal for dinner. I wonder if I can have popsicles?? The day before surgery I’m on all clear liquids.
