I just finished some egg drop Soup. The Protein Shakes are a bit harder, because it seems like it takes me a while to get them down. This morning I had my Silk, Isopure, PB2 shake and it tooke more than an hour, but it was 30G Protein. My paper said to limit Protein Shake to 8oz and consume it within the hour. Good luck!
I figure the same thing

I had mine the same day! I was told for the next 2 weeks- it is supposed to be pourable liquid consistency. I have been doing my Protein Shakes, SF Jello, SF ice pops, SF pudding, unsweetened applesauce, thinned greek yogurt and just added some cream Soups and broth. I am aiming for 60g of Protein today. They told me to worry about Water first and then my Protein.< br>
That’s what I been doing well besides my Protein Shakes but I think I should start back on those then

Yes it’s had enough Protein in it ! I do 4 Protein Shakes a day plus sugar free Jello and popsicle and chicken broth.

Did anyone have to do a 3 week liquid diet? I can have 4-5 Protein Shakes along with broth and sugar free Jello and popsicles.

So I'm going to assume the date of your surgery was a typo and you are talking about being on a preop liquid diet, which for most folks means Protein Shakes. It's hard to provide advice without knowing what you are struggling with. Is it the liquid nature of the diet, are you having difficulty getting all the Protein you need, are you just frustrated and hungry (trust me we have all experienced this on the preop diet)?
It’s the liquid diet I’m having trouble with ! I really don’t what to drink or eat !

See a dietitian.
Follow your dietitian's instructions. food journal, watch portions, stick to calorie limits, avoid processed foods.
Exercise.
Work really really hard to change your lifestyle and eating habits.
Find some support. An accountability buddy. A support group. Therapy if needed.
Take it a day at a time. Never give up:)
Thank you for the advice
