I was on the 23rd too. Mostly having pain when I drink or talk. But no regrets.

I’m also going on a cruise 7 weeks after being sleeved. This will be my 31st cruise, but I’m already mentally planning how I will be successful. I will still be on purée foods then. Lots of soup and yogurt for me. I’ll be taking protein shakes and unflavored protein powder to add to things.

My gastric sleeve surgery is April 23rd. I’ve lost 30lbs over the last 7months and have another 160 to go. I’m 6 days into my pre op liquid diet and down 12lbs. Post op, My dr has me on liquids for a month, then purée for a month, then soft foods for a month. I don’t get to eat hard or crunchy food until July 24th.
