My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! Many of us get cold feet during the process, it's normal. Do what is right for you.

I have lots of things in my closet that I am looking forward to being able to wear again, if only for a short time. This time, when they are too big I am getting rid of them...never to be worn by me again!

Today was my 2 week appointment. Down 20 lbs! Getting tired of liquids only. Never thought I would be so excited about adding creamed Soups and yogurt to my diet!
