I like this recipe personally but I alter it. I use a scoop of vanilla Protein Powder, half a frozen banana and the almond milk to the right consistency. It’s really good and all natural sugar.

Could be a reaction to anesthesia chemicals, post surg medicines, or you starting to releasing hormones etc from your body fat. Or , worse case scenario, you're now allergic to your Protein Shake but with that you should have nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. Or if you are like me --allergic to Hibaclens or whatever they painted you with prior to surgery. I'm built like a Belgian Plowhorse but inside a delicate woods wildflower that bruises or rashes easily. Sniff Sniff!

Me too! Is it related to WLS? Red rash all over my back and stomach- and some on face

I figured it was an allergy passing through— didn’t think it could be related

Old wife wisdom: Benadryl or another antihistamine. Draw yourself a coolish bath, throw a handful of either baking soda or oatmeal in and sit and splash yourself. I personally prefer oatmeal baths myself. That's what Domboro soaks are made of. Gently pat yourself dry, don't rub, it will only make things worse. And invite your doctor into the loop if need be I personally have had so many allergies I thought red and bumpy was a normal skin condition
