  1. It really wasn't bad. They're tiny little needles.
  2. Glad your surgery is over. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
  3. are you on a phone or a computer?
  4. Thanks for starting this topic. I'm currently on omeprazole twice a day so I'm very interested in the responses!
  5. Wow, is that a tiny little waist I see in that avatar? Awesome!
  6. No, you're super fortunate! Yesterday I was at 515 calories. I've only hit 800 a couple of times. Tomorrow, I will be 3 months out.
  7. Just wait it out if you're not hurting. Deviled eggs are pretty soft. You're not alone. Lots of us are in the habit of popping food into our mouths without thinking.
  8. That's wonderful! Hope the rest of your recovery is smooth!
  9. I didn't for this surgery, but I have in the past. My hubby stayed home to get the kids off to school and by the time he got to the hospital, I was already in surgery. Didn't bother me, but I'm not much of a Nervous Nelly.
  10. It’s all about the head tilt! LOL catch me at the wrong angle and my double chin waves hello! I'd have to have someone stand on the roof to get my head at an angle that didn't show my double-chin! Honestly, from your avatar, I wouldn't guess you weighed more than 130!
  11. HAH! That's what I thought about @Kay07!
  12. We have a chest freezer nearly full of frozen veggies because we still feed 6 adults most night at my house. Not sure I can count myself right now. 2 broccoli florets is a big veggie night for me.
  13. Thanks, sounds delicious. How many pounds of chicken breast to the veggies listed? I'll need to make multiples and want to get my proportions right. Thanks!
  14. Congrats! Other than a few bumps, it sounds like you're finally on your way! I'm so happy for you!
  15. I have everyday! They just keep saying that "there's still waiting on finding a day to schedule" or that they don't have a date locked in UGH! Infuriating! Hope you hear soon!
  16. I'll bet it was easier to "smash your mammies" since they've slimmed down. Pretty soon, they'll be able to hold mine up to the light and just see through them!
  17. That's plenty long enough to wait. Give them a call! You've been abundantly patient!
  18. Sorry you're feeling so bad. If you're still in the hospital, they should be able to give you IV pain meds or IV nausea meds so that you can take the oral pain meds. 2-3 spoons of the jello is about right. You just don't have much room in there. Don't worry, it will get better!
  19. Congrats on your surgery! Hope you're healing nicely! Focus on the water, that's the A#1 goal right now. Increase the protein as you are able.
  20. Mine lasts for as long as 2 hours at a time! One of the reasons that I'm still mostly living on yogurt. And that's with walking and trying to breathe. But I agree - DO NOT ADD LIQUID!
  21. @sillykitty Congrats, I just noticed on your ticker you're over 1/2 way to goal! Woo-hoo! I know, completely off topic, but you gotta celebrate when you can!
  22. Wow, noticeable difference already! Congrats! Your eagle's gonna need a face lift!
