  1. In the morning I start my day with 1 scramble egg around 6 am. Then around 11AM I have a premiere Protein Shake. For dinner I have grilled chicken and scrambled egg again. I was doing tuna twice a day but the heartburn was u real. I work from 6:30 Am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday so that’s my walking and exercise. I don’t really graze because I started throwing the food back up. I get down about 32 oz of Water I know it’s not enough but I am working on it. I had the gastric sleeve. I do take the Multivitamin daily and I just started taking Iron today. If I do want a snack it’s sugar free applesauce or pudding.< br>


    Then there is your problem. The water intake. The less you drink the more you retain. Google the whoosh effect. Honey you’re holding onto everything you’re losing in water weight.



  2. Hey there. I had surgery on the 19th if March. I lost 10 pounds in the first 10 days and then gained back 5. I managed to use a laxative and got 4 of them back off but I am still only down 9 since surgery and I’m 15 days out. I have not lost additional weight in a week. I know there is a stall at 3 weeks usually but not after one week. I’m very depressed about it and nobody to call. My doctor office has been closed for the holiday.
