I would choose emotional stability. Without that you are constructing,a house of cards. One puff of Stress-Wind and everything collapses and your plans are destroyed.

@ newme,in fla, that is curious reaction from that nurse, maybe she thought you were doing this for cosmetic reasons? Well you know what brought you there, what you are hoping to lessen or end influence in your life and what your final goal is. I would say that makes you 3 times as smart as her!

A very intriguing diet plan, I don't believe I have ever seen this one with all the ones quoted on Bariatric Pal. Each surgeon seems to choose a different vehicle,and travel a different road to Shangri La but we all arrive there in our own good time. 😟👸😟

Hope you will want to hang around with all of us for a good long time. Tell us a little more about yourself, you might have people on here from your town or State. As a example iblivebin Ohio and I was surprised how many Buckeyes there were and 3 of us are having our surgeries in the same city. Well@dutchamy I hadn't gotten back to you and I do apologize. Yes I did get my,date on 7/17/2018 and not as soon as I had hoped for, with vacations etc. it is September 5th At 7 AM. My Bariatric Hospital gives you a choice of 2, 3, or 4 weeks on their plan.I decided to start the beginning of August and give myself the best boost possible, at 72 this is going to be my one and only foray into Bariatrics.

And @ zerocool you do miss your August Date come be with me in September. I also missed August & will have mine September 5th At OSU-Wexner Medical Center in Columbus Ohio with my surgeon Dr Bradley J Needleman at 7 AM. And I would love to be friends with you no matter your date. Okay ?and Good Luck getting a date.

And I dream of being a 15 junior, doesn't matter if I have a blobby floppy belly, I can try firming up, if not I'll keep clothed. What I am weary of is a size 26, over 300 lb body I can barely walk with that keeps me in unrelenting pain. God did not create me to cry myself to sleep and awake to another day of feeling body parts fail.

Could you have some sort of adhesions in there? Something to check into!😙

Check Wal-Mart, CVS and Rite-Aid if you have any of those. If not go on your search engine, I use Google and Mozilla Firefox and look for their website. And I'm sure Amazon would have it, they even stock things I DON T WANT!😛
