Hey Ken while I've rather got your attention, over on Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies you will find my updated stats , every time I try to enter them on my profile they refuse to stay locked in. According,to it I am 5ft 8 in, and nothing else. And congrats to me --I now, at least, know my Estimated Date of Surgery should be July 2018, just not an exact date .😛But the rest of the info is correct.

I just got a new tablet, thought it would be nice to download some fitness apps. There is no sign of Bariatric Pal on Google Play Store. Are you now only on full size computers and smartphones like Android and 🍎? Please tell us, okay?

RCA Premier Atlas 10, just got it from HSN , Android 7.0 , is that Marshmallow? I know after Marshmallow comes Nought and Oreo. Don't think Oreo is in the U.S. but I do have a Nougut, an LG, already but I usually bebop along on my Verizon, guess I will cause it does have my BP goodies in it and it hasn't got senile yet. But back to my brand new RCA baby, can we do anything? See it is a tablet but comes with a detachable keyboard. And you know, I kind of fell in love with it on HSN.

This is going on my "I wanna-i need a" list. Sounds like it will smooth out my postop meal planning, now To Get The Durgery!

Sounds like me, I live 48 m8les from Columbus, where my surgery will take place. This means approximately one hour unless I can travel the Interstate. This is not easy. Due to a snit fit,by the Democratic governor in office office at the time of its building, and to,punish my county, Knox, for being perpetually Republican I71 does not go through here. It comes as close as 6 miles away but there is no,interchange there. We have to drive 15 miles to the west into Morrow County or 23 miles into Delaware County to access the flippin' thing. Otherwise we drive the state and county roads sharing,our space with tractor-trailers, farm wagons loaded with Hay and all yippety Yahoo's anyone could wake for. This is the price one,pays for living in a picturesque scenic backwater. We don't have much crime out here because what criminal worth his salt would want to be here. Our last homegrown criminal, his nickname in my area, the Keebler Elf. He killed some people nearby and stuffed their bodies in a hollow tree. See, we don't even have normal criminals. You may be talking to the only sane one in the bunch, of course I wasn't born here but in another nearby city, this could make me closer to normal. To quote Benjamin Franklin's ending to his own letter. I remain your obedient servant Frustr8.😛

I'm not a sleeper but a potential RnY, that's Ok we are all allies in this weight loss war, you guys are Army, I'm Navy but we all want to murder the Ghrelin Monster once and for all. According to my ex-surgeon I am 180 pounds overweight, that's a NFL placekicker to lose, haven't heard current surgeon's take on it all but I suspect at least a cheerleader. I am currently at 3-how much did you say? hundred, knowing I'll have to go clear through Twoferville and well into onederland before my journey is completed. So I too will be watching from the sidelines with nary a snack unless you count a chilled bottle of Premier Protein sitting on a TV tray. Pearldrop, DearDraya and Mia. what a day for you all. Today is Your REBIRTHDAY, the literal start of the rest of your life. Gosh I am so jealous, envious, whatever word you want to use --I have the reassurance from my own Bariatric Center that my own day will come, should be no more than a month or so, but I do yearn to be where you all are today. Every bit of discomfort, say to yourself " it's okay because Frustr8 wants this too" Even if I regress temporarily to a walker, walk bent over, clutching. my Bariatric Stuffed Bear to my wounded tummy, I still want it. So the office staff hates you? Well wah wah on them! Don't they realize they upset,my little Moondoggie🐶, why should they be allowed to eat when everything you do comes right back barreling,up? I am peeved with them on your behalf. Now for an update on me. I went tomeet the 3 wise people at the OSU Bariatric center. First I met Valerie my nurse practitioner,a little difference in skin pigmentation but super smart, super efficient and very pleasant to talk to. Seemed like and/or accept everything on my medical history. Only jarri,g thing she asked. was " Am I Bipolar?" told her I was never diagnosed so I didn't think so, should have asked if Dr Kramer the staff psychologist thought I was. Then I met with the. dietician/nutritionist Roy, yeah a thin young handsome dude, he swiched me to prenatal vitamins for the iron , told me I basically was okay on my diet because he wanted me to,⬆my calorie count, didn't really give me a structuralized diet. Then I met with Kelly the exercise physiologist, she told me and gave me some sheets to follow. Well the next day I did 1 set of repetitions of the exercises and nearly lamed myself so I'm back to the gentle walking etc I was doing all along. Friday I finally heard from Jessica my case manager/facilitator. She had been out of town for a conference the 24 and25, so I didn't meet her then face-to-face. Then she was out until Thursday for a prolonged Memorial Day holiday. Finally talked for a brief time Thursday, find out my clearances for pulmonary and cardiology had gotten lost so I had to request they be defaced. Then there is v the matter of the EGD, I am running into a little trouble getting it refaxed, you see my gastroenterologist closed his local practice v down and,left town. I suspect I know where he relocated to but I'm not certain. Promised I would fax all the paperwork he gave me but if that isn't enough I'll have to go through my third EGD in 3 years. I will receive a letter on official stationary welcoming me to this next step of this process. Heard from another portion that my presurgical blood labs which they already went and did show I have a deficiency in Vitamins A and D, so I have to pick them up at Wal-Mart Monday. My landlord and I are not getting along for several reasons and I realized it may be possible to go into a house of my own . He refuses to make repairs, wishes $39.000 because of the amount of land. The house has v deteriated to equal condition of one offered locally for $15,000,the only thing mine has better is I still have working ceiling fixtures instead of wires hanging down. He has taken the majority of my rental monies and repaired his own home at the expense of Mine. So his Mon u we are in escrow at this point. I have an insurance settlement that might find a down payment and monthly morgage paymentscless than what I pay now. Just watch, settlement, threat of eviction , surgery and housing relocation will all fall in the same week or 10 days. What next? Oh I have a lump growing on the inner surface of my left arm right above the elbow. One doctor says it is a lipoma, a fatty tumor, maybe so but it is enlarging quickly. Almost the size of a wiggle or tennis ball cut in half. Hmmmm? And now. the only further problem is I need a 30 day stretch of C Pap usage electronically validated so no surgery until July 1st.😲

At my age, even before surgery and monsterous weight loss, my g elly looks baggy saggy and draggy. 3 nine pound babies, the slings and arrows of life, and my lower abdominal muscles are chanting "No,Mas No Mas". One day at the gym my trainer/PT told me " set your core before you do this" told him " some worm ate the core out of this old Apple" and he didn't find that the least bit humorous. Wasn't going to let him pull the joy out of my life parade!📣

Well "try the refry" and let us know the answer, they both sound yummy to me!
