Yes my,c pap supplier is wonderful, not going to ask the name if you don't want to say, but mine does the same thing. They also call me just before resupply time to make every thing is fine with me. I appreciate that personal touch. Makes me,felt llike I am a sombody,instead of just another customer in their file. . I am just finishing a mandatory 30 day electronic compliance record Ohio State requested before they finalize,my surgery date. And although,i wasn't the easiest thing making sure I had 4+ hours every 24 hours with Uncle Snuffly it wasn't impossible, got,used,to looking like a jet pilot every night. I used to,have vivid,scary nightmares, was I because of my apnea episodes? Hmm, could be!

Reluctant veteran of arthritis since age 25, soon un-celebrating. a 48 year association with Mr Cripple Me Up, a painful one at that. And Hector, my itty bitty ulcer is from too much NSAID use, I can look at Bayer Aspirin, Aleve,Motrin. pictures I just can't ingest them anymore Walk if you can, swim, most everything wears out further what already hurts. Exercise,person with my bariatric program fave,me handout with easy exercises on it. OK I say, doesn't, look that bad, so I did 1 repetition of each,one, lamed myself for a week. So I will consistently do what,mild,little,things I can do and trust it wiii pass. The old carnival barker said "You pays your money, You,takes your choice" Pretty much my,life. But soon and very soon my surgery will come in July, although it won't solve mine or the world's problems completely, it is a good and valid choice.

Well I woke,up this morning with right side chest pain, is it my ulcer, gastritis, hungers real or acid hypersecretion,.?. Kinda like hunger with an underlying nausea element. Curbing under right breast right next to sternum. See if my Dexilant helps any. Way back when I went to,our bumbling ER. with similar symptoms they laughed when i asked if it was cardiac, thought it might be because it. was gently radiating to the back. Women, of course don't have those precious male-orientated,symptoms. They seem to specialize in telling you what it isn't instead,of what it is. Can't be gall bladder, that escaped from my body 34 years ago. I still haven't had my surgery so can't use that as a convenient excuse. Life do,get tedious at times. Of course I am a woman but don't tell me it's all in my head because that,isn't where the pain is . And I still want my surgery next month, sweet heavens I hope this isn't going to be a game changer, would something bland like a vanilla protein shake help? I do have that along with plain low-fat white milk, water didn't seem to help much. Somebody the,other day thought I was all seeing because of being,in this weight surgery racket for,nearly 3 years. NOPE familiarity breeds contempt, I have tried so much,conso long you,say Meh what IS the use? You get tired,of wearing the,ill fitting,nasty bridesmaid outfits you want your own chance in the sun, to be the star. Pain pain go go away, I don't even feel like facing today.😪

Swim baby swim. Water therapy supports,achy joints and the warmth of the water relaxes achy backs.

And my new hospital(bless their somewhat dim ❤)schedules all theirs in the evening when I have no transport to get there. Ah I guess they ARE,trying.
