Exactly so, my son, loves it, but the last time I tried it sat like a brick in my stomach, and I am still pre-surgical, when I get to the appropriate stage in the future it still won't return.

Glad I put my bifocals on, I thought for a minute you were running around naked clad only,in your sister's Victoria Secret Bra. Worried you were in line for a Vice Raid! Glad to see it was only, the burgers that were naked! WHEW!

Equate high protein shakes, Wal-Mart's house brand. They claim to be equivalent to Premier Protein, same protein level, same amount of calories. They have a nasty evaporated processed milk taste, and when you finish there is a bitter after-taste. They do market $2 less, spend the extra money and get something you can stand.🍶

I found something profound in my readings I'd like to share: When I ask you to listen to me And you start giving advice You have not done what I Asked. When I ask you to listen to me And you begin to tell me why I shouldn't feel that way You are trampling on my feelings. When I ask you to listen to me And you feel you have to do something to solve my problem You have fails me, strange as that seems. So please listen and just hear me And if you want to talk Wait a minute for your turn And I'll listen to you. ........Source Unknown.......

And you will, me and you both, I don't have my day either but I should this week. And since,i am a history buff, I know who Roger Williams was. I Will have mine at OSU- Wexner Medical Center in Columbus Ohio, based in our state's Land Grant University, A Level 1 Trauma Center and a Center of Excellence since the phrase was first coined. Drowned my fears in my tears a long tortured time ago, now looking forward to my REBIRTHDAY I probably will make it just under c the wire for July if they insist on the 14 day liquid prediet. Wish I could talk them into 7 days or less. Just want to get this show on the road!🚘 -
Ask him if he agrees ---Nick Saban cannot hold a candle to Bear Bryant, now there, honey ,was A COACH! Somebody told my late husband " You're so lucky, she likes and follows Sports. He said "Oh No " she times all meals for half-time, flings it on TV Trays and says " Eat fast,I don't want miss the game either!" We got married at 6:45pm. Why,you might ask? #1. You always want to get married when the clock hands are going up, it brings good fortune to the marriage and #2 and more important ,Ohio State basketball tipped off at 8:15pm,that at we got the wedding and reception over so nobody, missed anything. And as we left for our wedding trip we had the game on the radio. Now those are sport following people!💑

Are you having your surgery there in the Nutmeg State? Certainly don't have to go to Boston or into NYC, you probably have Yale-New Haven and such right around the corner. Congratulations and hopeful wishes for the future, my friend. -

I would live dancing a few sets nearby,to you! -
I usually do because on some level it usually does do,mevsome benefit. And later if something strange happens I can say to myself " Hmm Tealael posted about that, she made her way through and I just bet I can too!" So as a routine if it helped me in any way I award it a Like Emoji. And a few times it has prompted me to start a thread on something in this journey I have questions about or Something that made sense to me that I think might help others.

Just post op and kinda going 🥜
Frustr8 replied to chefpaige's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You have just run a marathon for your health. There were twists and bends, steeply uphill at times, moments when you don't know how you are going to continue. You are stiff now, sore in places you never noticed you had before, you feel like just sitting down, just watching instead of competing, but no you are going to keep on. It's a race, but it's Your Race, yours alone and suddenly, in a moment of clarity you realize you can and will make it after all. I And I will be cheering you on for my own race will be starting soon and I want to do as good as you, to run as smoothly on my own race. If I see you ahead, I won't quit either. So,keep going, Please?
