@Ronnys gal I am sending you wishes for strength, healing and a bright future ahead. You have had more on your plate than 80-90 year olds and I am sure your doctor feels this may be your last best hope. And I will be following the developments as they come. You are part ofourworld-wide Bariatric Pal family and we do worry about our own😦💦😪!

Doubt if I will ever be normal, of I never really. was since births I was only 7lb12oz then. And I do not aspire to be AVERAGE , average is As close to the bottom as it is the top. And my goal weight, bless it's hardly' attainable 💔still ranks as gently obese. I will take it, for then the stinking MORBID label will become forever and forever GONE! And that last time I was that size was late Teens -Early 20s and I was a Cutie Patootie and I might regain a modicum of that!😛👍🌈👍

Mostly on top of that I have copies of postings I found especially useful in my journey. Thicks I thought might be able to utilize as times go on. My current program gave me pamphlets which,i have in a folder from Wal-Mart, Preparing for Surgery,Now that your Surgery is Scheduled, Life after Bariatric Surgery and I think,there is one more to come Happy Recovery-Happy Life, probably,will you have reached your weight goal and are transitioning,into Maintainance for,the remainder of your life The first 3 are so fat i,will probably need. to start a separate folder for the last one. I'm sure there are support groups also for post-surgery patients. If they think I will be attending they are deluding, themselves. They seem to have them scheduled in the evening, I live 50 miles see,iwhich means 100 miles round trip, I no longer drive and there is not another soul in my county I can carpool with. Sure I would pay half or the gas but there is just NOBODY! At any,rate my surgery will be September 5th in Columbus Ohio.

First time I tasted a Gin Martini I was shocked- it tasted just like a pine cone smells. Then I had a moment of clarity-- Gin is made from🌲 Juniper- now I understand!

Hey. I just tried for the first time Premier Protein Bananas and Creme. Some people say it is a Fakee Shakee, perhaps so but it reminds me of those orange Circus Peanut candies my Daddy used to bring me home in a white paper bag from Woolworths . Ah, the memories and the taste takes me back to a neater sweeter time!💦😪💦

And it is Day 2 with Frustr8 and her Follies Yesterday wasn't a perfect day, somehow I got busy and deleted a snack from what I was supposed to do so many I will do better today. No headache which I expected,but am a little cranky and feeling beset upon. So far,for breakfast,caramel equate shake, glad that is the last one. They are nasty. Mid-morning snack. 1 strawberry,Muscle milk shake, much much better. No bad aftertaste Lunch small tossed salad with designated 2 T low-fat ranch dressing. Snuck,in a little left over Tyson grilled chicken band postponed the shake until later. Probably have for later afternoon snack instead of 🍌. Maybe I'll lay in some oranges to vary,it when SS comes on the 3rd. Wonder if I could substitute 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce for raw 🍎? That's hard to chew with dentures, haven't thawed any blueberries yet, froze solid in the freezer. 2 16 oz bottles water in additional to liquid from shakes. Am I going to end up,with liquid or solid 💩- Jury still out there! Then dinner tonight? Maybe the Turkey Meatloaf entree, sounded good when I was looking things over on my suggested list. And then I more shake before bedtime. Started entering these in My Fitness Pal again you just don't know if dietician might want to go over them with me. Managed to get all my various meds, vitamins and calcium in yesterday. Hurray for me! Looks like I took 795 calories yesterday, so far today 550.

Drat being on the phone app, it doesn't show up! And no not all babies look the same, mine three were pretty cute and I suspect yours were also. Just thought if Abe shaved his beard the baby and he👨&👶 probably looked even more alike than in the beginnning
