And that is,my diet.

My daddy,had a ventral hernia from abdominal surgery. He was a man, why follow logic and the rules? It was an ugly looking thing and I said (God forgive me) Daddy keep your shirt on so nobody sees that. Maybe you won't develop hernias but those rules are there for a reason. Ease back in very very slowly , at the first ping , STOP. I honestly would give your body a while longer to heal before you go "Arnolding" there a lot of less dramatic things at the gym 🚴you can do, nobody is going,to give you a Life Sentance of "walking", use your head for more than a neck decoration.

And PugM9m234 that would be one time when" go play outside with your friends more" might be valid. But the portion that bothers me? Why should any 8 year old be exposed. to the loathing and discrimination of fat-shaming? It is bad to hear it on the playground but from adults in a position of trust? You see I too have been there, gone through similar things When I was that age I didn't hear exactly that. I was d***** with faint praise. That too is a rotten statement, I was fated to,be,obese later in life? Why didn't he tell Mama I was going to have PCOS while he was at it? Onle reason he didn't was I was Peri-puberty not completely into it yet. And they hadn't come,up with the term yet. Sorry for the rant, it uncovered a sore nerve I thought I had buried. We soak in a lot of scorn, trying to keep the peace and have people "like" us.

survived my 55th class reunion with no hot steaming freshly baked yeast rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, whipped cream frosted cupcakes, cappuccino and a giant frosted school colors cake with a giant 1963 in the middle,that one was easy-- it was chocolate and,orange marbled anyway. Our school colors were orange and black, so the closest they could come? And there were 80 out of the 100 still surviving so it had its own table! Nicer cloth than the dining ones that had orange tablecloths. Somewhere a bolt of broadcloth died for this party! First time recently being allergic to chocolate worked to my benefit.👍😛

Last Saturday night at my 55th High School reunion I had a PERFECT opportunity to cheat. I ate 2 Strawberries, an orange wedge, sliced beef , a skinless chicken thigh, and a small salad, heavy on good veggies with a T of low cal EVOO vinaigrette. Aren't we proud of me? Doggonest thing, the other dressing, all labeled, had like small gravy ladles, the one for my vinaigrette had 1 and 2 T marked on it, I know the old joke is God watches over the United States Senate, somebody should after all! But he must look out for dieting people also!🍝
