Help! Need to get out of my head. :(

I think we all have a moment of "Dang, I'm never going to be the same! Sure that is true, but still inside YOU ARE STILL YOU, we need, you,Your Youness makes the world better for you just being you. Sure you or your insurances paid your money, made your choices, now tug up your Big boy or girl undies, plaster a big smile😛 upon your face and get on with life. Life is worth living, doesn't come with instructions unless it is a book you personally find holy, but you'll get through every challenge and keep moving. No one wants to stand still and risk someone else having to,dust them, being a statue isn't half as much fun as being,a people. Wave as you go by, we all are travelers on that road.

    August bypassers/sleevers

Let's hope it is merely residual soreness from having tubes put down your throat and into your trachea and stomach. Even with the most skillful insertion things are going to get a little bumped and prodded around. Give yourself a week or two and see if it doesn't get better on its own. Yeah I know, you want relief and you want it RIGHT NOW! Instant might work for coffee but even instant oatmeal has to cook for a minute or 2.Sorry about life, but it is what it is!👸
  3. Maybe a sense of control, they want you to stay as,you are? "My poor pathetic, fat,Inez ! Isn't wonderful she has me to love her?" As you grow up, make your own life, make, your own decisions, you are growing away from her. How do I know this? Been there, add in a man that thought I was , once I married him, his possession and fought with my mother ever, time they were in the same room. Did either of them care really what I wanted? No I was a cipher in the situation. But I had emotional scars that still sting, so I had to rebuild myself after both their deaths. Did it make me better? I believe so, it was my life for years, so maybe I knew no other. But Frstr8 is a cool, strong lady, she can support herself , doesn't need to be an extension of someone else, right or wrong she makes her decisions. And on September 5th, without anyone else thinking they are the emotional prop I need, I will March resolutely through my hospital's front admission area, knowing I made the right decision for me and my future life. And with the help of my surgeon Bradley J Needleman MD I will receive the surgical alterations to face my future days. I enter with no sorrows, no fears, no tears in my ❤ of hearts. And I,pray I leave in just the same way and with hope for my future days.
  4. Trying to stick,it out, every body nseems to feel this once over, you'll want to go it again! People asked me if I have gotten, nauseous, not until yesterday, if I found my shake too sweet, not until yesterday, do I wish this diet was over, not until yesterday. I guess yesterday was a bummer of a day. Day 16 of this Verdompt diet torture, and really my diet isn't THAT terrible, it's just familiarity breeds contempt. I keep telling myself I'm going have such a pretty slendar liver but Matt does anybody care that much? Nut I did volunteer for 4+ weeks, Turing out to be closer to 5., But I'm still plodding forward👣

    Cauliflower and Broccoli???

Something, like " my instructor said so, I always do and advise that way!"
  7. I think the answer the average surgeon will give you? Short enough that you don't get malnurished, long enough that it is effective. Perhaps they will tell, you exact measurements, if I were he/she I would not. It smacks of mistrust to me, I would would why they thought I might make a mistake?

Cammee, I'm sorry, you still are having swallowing problems, but it's really great you've lost your cravings, help to kerp, you on a Healthy Losing, track. Day by day,you both are getting closer to,your personal goals..Seems like you both are losing weight nicely.
  10. I am going to put a lavender sachet in my hospital bag, thanks for,the head-on or maybe sniff-up. Let it fight with the hospital odors, I'll feel relaxed and that's what it's all about.

    I Can Run

we will cheer them on@ AggiG but I will also be on the sidelines . But I have to hope I'll be sounder-winded and be able make laps without having to stop, Until then I am in the "Drop like a Fly" contingent, with you. And since I have a bad ankle, that didn't get surgery I can get up on my toes to run, but I still will be the Frustr8 I can be, this I promise. At 72 you have choose your battles and choose them well. 😛💖😛
  12. I never asked Dr Needleman his favorite lengths, how does one get the gumption up to ask?
  13. So far my favorites are sugar-free hello cups from Wal-Mart and the tropical Popsicles, close third is the regular sugarFree popsicles. I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the small apple, can't chew raw apples anymore, also had bananas but only,1 small navel orange., And I found a salad blend containing kale and, othe good greens. I have been very careful to,find diet dressing, that isn't too repulsive, my favorites are from KensSteakhouse, Western, and Wal-Mart s Equate diet ranch dressing.

    August bypassers/sleevers

Are you on a PPI yet? Sounds like your sore little tummy,is complaing instead . Stomach acid and gastritis can mimic the hunger sensations Are you getting, your fluids in? The more watered down those sensations are, you might find some relief.
