Depends on your surgeon's plan, some are ready for,it, some aren't. Your doctor probably tailors his advice to your need. A blanket Yes or No can't be given on here.

Weight Gain, Not Enough Weight Lost 1 year post surgery Depressed
Frustr8 replied to shalove's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I don't know if this helps or not but if you were only able to lose a half- POUND each week, at the end of a year you would be 26 pounds lighter. Now let's say you decided to lose 2 pounds a month, which isn't impossible, 24 less pounds of YOU,looks pretty good also. Do it week by week, do it month by month, either way it's doable. You,knew how to do it when you first got your sleeve, didn't you? -
Praying that it is today and that you'll be safe and sound all the way home,to him!🌺😛🌸

No never alone, it's more common than we would want to think. We want the weight to fly off our bodies, instead we plod👣 along, but guess what? We still get where we want to go in the end!🌈 -

Salmon with vegetables does sound good. Glad you stayed strong with all that luscious Italian cooking there. See it isn't always about the food, the family companionship is more important for us. I'm so very proud of YOU!👉😛👈 -

Had late Dinner tonight, Hay Fever kicking my rump, don't feel good. Made scrambled eggs with shredded lowfat cheese. Neither eggs or cheese on my 1000 calorie liver-shrinking diet, can I at least rationalize eggs are protein. He had the majority, I took 3/4 to a cupful. Still filled me up enough. Tomkitten will always eat scrambled eggs! -
