Thought everyone,would like to,know I have lost,15 pounds since August 1st on my,liver-shrinking diet, and I am exceptionly proud,of ME. I never have been able to,lose, have the Basal,Metabolism Rate of a sicks🐌snail on antidepressants . So Hurray for Frustr8, cause I worked very very hard following that 1000 calorie,diet. And since August 1st is a long t8me. But,maybe my,liver will,be small,and flat, and that will make my surgeon super happy.

It's not the easiest project but it can be done. Good Luck,to you.

Haven't taken it , I am on Wellbutrin, if you try to take them both Depakote blocks the metabolism to,the Wellbutrin , so,it can build up to a toxic level in your body. No,thank,you very much. My Bariatric Program would say Yes they want all cardiac💓 ones stopped 72 hours ahead.

You know it is odd. I had people tell me I wouldn't live,past 40, 50, or even 60, I am 72 and still kicking. They, on the other hand, are all dead. Fooled them, didn't I?👍😝🌈

Keep your fluid levels up. I know it sounds counterproductive, but as waste products wash out perhaps your weight might start dropping. ,Maybe if you're doing strength, trade it,for cardio or even aerobic. Vary your approaches, otherwise it sounds like you are doing all the 🏆right things.

Yeah usually has to go with the length of intestine,used for the bypass. I remember Fluffy Chix waiting hers was short,because of her,BMI. The shorter the length the less the malabsorbion but also the lower the potential weight loss. Like the old carnival markers says "You,pay your money, you take your choice!" The proper answer on bypass length? Short enough you still get some nutrients, long enough that you have a good weight loss. With a garden-hosed size of sleeve you have a different set of problems. There is not a perfect variety of Bariatelric Surgery but the surgeon😷 and researchers are making strides and someday there may be! Look how,much better they get as the years go by.😝

AJP try putting unsweetened sliced strawberries or blueberries on the yogurt, maybe you won't miss the swwtness so much. You could mesh them with a fork if you can't the fruit whole.
