hearing of people that progress faster than me, looking at food that I can't and possibly never will eat, know I am following instructions my doctor gave me but wonder if it's any good. Alas I am a BIG GIRL and to many it is not,obvious except I have lost my double chin, I now had a neck instead of a trunk and my forearms and wrists are thinning out But the,too thick rump still remains, and my tummy is a tiny bit flatter. I just got to remember like I told Find I above turtle up 🐢 you can't be a Weight Loss 🐰bunny in this race.

@CRD1981, how bad is it? Are you going to see your surgeon about it or is it small enough you can just,put Neosporin and a BandAid on? When you are finished healing you may just have it not a perfect white line, a mini-wider. My abdominal wall one from when I had my gall bladder &appendix removal is still wider where the drain was in and that was 34 and a half years ago. No shame in my game, I'll show my belly to anyone, it's just few people ask!

And 6 months still isn't all that bad, I struggled 3 years, 3 weeks,for mine. Mama elephants could have nearly produced 2 offspring in that time. Am I still glad? You Betcha! Have hit a blip in my recovery, but that is all it is÷ I SHALL STILL CLAIM MY VICTORY!

You know I wish with giving me a semi- personlized diet,i had been given a medication one, like when do i take multi vitamin, have seen after meal, just before meal, or at h.s.? When is best time for B12? I know calcium within 2 hours of multivitamin or iron, but start of day, later? Yes I can think for myself but a written guide is also nice.
