Used to love cottage cheese, had it with fruit, had it with veggies, had it by itself. but since it and Greek Yogurt made me vomit I cringe when I see them in the store. Don't if I will ever have the courage to eat them again!

Well until someday I can leave them behind, if will still be a friend of Lane Bryant. And FYI did you know Wal-Mart now is sizing their Portly Princess section down to a 0 Women's, equivalent to size 14, they just HATE to see us go to the regular misses and junior sizes, don't they?

Or my recommendation, head for the nearest Bariatric Center of Excellence hospital, doesn't hurt if they also are a teaching hospital. I just had mine at Ohio State University-Wexner Medical Center in Columbus Ohio. My surgeon as well as being Chief of Bariatric Medicine and Metabolic Weight Loss is also a Full Professor in the College of Medicine. In my book, teaching hospitals are the best and always on the cutting edge!

Okay Alex the next time I order from Bariatric Pal store I will order the Cinnamon Swirl, I promise. As a 6 week old bypass I do want something that works for me and I truly could use the extra fiber. So far everything I have ordered I have❤except for one thing. I cannot abide the cheesecake flavor pudding/shake, maybe I can disguise it with peanut butter powder? Oh well--- 99.99% Happy Camper!

What won't they tell you after,gastric bypass surgery? Very few will say they regret it and prefer to be fat! I am approach8ng a 30 pound loss since the end of July. I never want to see that weight again and I will be doing my best to keep it permanently,gone!

And now Summer has put away the shorts, halters, and folding chairs, and I can only pray we are all healing and on our way to a Bright New Future . Well the first time you tried ballroom dancing ,you weren't a success. How much harder it is to have a new way of eating de.livered. Everybody has trouble in the 3arly Days. But everyone seems to find their own rhythm and makes a success. The feeling,of having food stuck is an awful sensation. Nobody wants to watch so often they ignore someone needing help.

My surgeon's partner Dr Noria would like me to defecate at a minimum 3 times a week, well so would I but it does not arrive spontaneously. I think it has to do with: Little In ,Little comes out. So I guess 2 Miralax daily, MoM the evening of the second daym 💩there you are, knew you hate to visit my pircelin throneroom.

My son and I like Nestle Splash, no calories there, our favorite is Acai G4ape.

Although I usually name things, have every since mini-Frust8hood I AM NOT naming these 5 new ulcers in my stoma and jejunem are, that is because I want them GONE! Maybe the Carafate will heal them so I will be without them. Script is for 3 months, shoot that is past New Years isn' it? Seems an awful LONG TIME to me.😭💦😪

Update My EGD, which should be labeled EGJ or upper endoscopy did show moderate stricture and 5 ulcer stepbrothers to Hector, my itty bitty gastric ulcer. Now they have me on double omeprazole, told them it is worthless for,me, Hector was diagnosed when my gastroenterologist had me on it last December and Carafate for 3,months. Oh I'll do it, I am a compliant beast, my diet remains at the same level, no progression toward Stage 3 and I get to go through another EGJ in 2 weeks or less, Dr Noria, my surgeon's partner said so. In the meantime,i keep losing, that is good, just not happy with the way it is happening. Bingeing, ha, I am not even eating anything that approximates real good. I will die with Cream of Mushroom breath!

Heaving is not a good good, thing. Between repeated vomits and my EGJ I now have laryngitis, don't laugh please, it is the pits to have. And I can't pray for deliverance, God can't hear me either, although He perhaps can read my mind!

And I went back to my prenatal vitamins, not that big, can take just 1 not 2, have to grind up and put it in applesauce, a crime,against the poor innocent applesauce what did it do wrong to have the vile vitamins stirred in?

A minor complaint, gosh I am ashamed to bring this up but yeah I had that EGJ yesterday. Didn t,think it left any residual effects but today I have laryngitis. Now i am sure there are a whole group out there saying "It's about time Frust8, is quiet" but it is inconvenient when you open your mouth and no sound comes out. Coincidence or are my vocal codes wounded?

I always had trouble with coffee creamers giving me indigestion. Try Califia Almond Milk creamer. Their Pecan Caramel flavor is very nice.
