Me again and living up to my name. See early in the week I left a message on voice mail for the scheduler at our local. transportation/taxi service- their motto is "everyone can ride" and what a joke that is! She denied ever receiving my call then refused me transportation. See Tueday at 11:45 I have an appointment with my surgeon's office and then the dietician/NUT. Friday I have to be there no later than 11 AM for a scheduled 11:30 endoscopy, an EGJ, at this one the hope is I will have the stoma stricture reduced or alleviated so that I can retain, process and utilize purees and soft solids. You people that have been brought to tears by a week of clear/murky liquids, try doing it for 6 and half weeks! In fact I will have my 7 week out anniversary on Wednesday. My body,is either hungering or I have ulcer pain from Hades. If I manage to retain my both/ stained soup/ or thin strained cream soup, 2 hours later, MORE and I really can't hold or drain/ more than a healthy. half cup. Yeah I am losing weight on 600-750 cal you would also.Trying to keep protein count up, trying to be Q.S. on fluids, but exact calorie, IDK for sure. No longer drive, even sold the elderly by car standards vehicle,i inherited from Late Lameted, my legs were too long, and to be honest I needed the 💰. So I have tried searching my remaining high school friends to see if anyone available. Today I shall try again, did find someone for endoscopy,day,but no one yet for Tuesday. And I honestly really need to go. So a little later I will go. pawn part of my electronics, to get enough money to rent a dumpster for a week, see after 18 years my landlady wants to sell my house and would like me out Halloween, a treat she ain't ! We have been through he said, she been in and out of eviction court, had a lawyer free from Legal Aid, and that's what she was worth NOTHING. We were told to gather evidence of our counter-claim, she wouldn't look at it, let to have permitted it to be,entered into court records. She and opposing lawyer had a tete a tete, sickened me, but to keep my sons name from being besmirched had to summit, subjugate my desires, looking for,housing with less than a HUNDRED until S S day which will be November 2nd. And now that will have to go towards a rental dumpster which I can ill-afford. Meanwhile my urinary system is being stressed by up and down fluid levels, so now on two urinary meds, one of which changes my urine color, Carafate and omeprazole to try to calm down my stricture and the attendant ulcerations of the pouch and jejunem, Wellbutrin to keep me calm😝 a laugh there, vitamins,minerals, Zofran because without I pho,eand all of this going into a cranky crabby egg-shaped pouch who rebeled unless you barely trickle things in. And I hope everyone else is having a Smooth Saturday, I'd stay in bed with my bottles of varied liquids nearby but that accomplishes NOTHING! So the next chapter of this Soap Opera moves forth!🏡💃

I took a stuffed rabbit with me to OSU when I had my surgery. Her name was Roux N. Rabbit and she was my "splinting" Buddy for coughs and sneezes.🐰

Might need to have that checked out, if under skin wasn't fully healed you could pop a little hernia, and that is nothing anyone would want you to have. That said, my 7 are all pretty well healed except Big Red , the largest on my right side, that is where on a bypasser the equipment that does the important work is inserted. He's still a little red and bumpy, probably extra reinforced stitches down there. Usually on sleevers, it. is one of left ones because that. is where your stomach. remnant is pulled across and removed. But most of mine are "silvering " out, and start hiding among my stretch marks. I had 3 babies 8 to 9 and half pounds, and I swear I carried each at a different angle.

I've got one, I've got one. I have a very pretty front fastening bra, a name brand , not merely a better than nothing" big box store" type. I would know except I tend to cut tags out, I can be an "itchy" being. Anyway, in the past when I tried wearing it, I immediately removed it when coming home, just too uncomfortable to wear! This morning I got it out of the vanity drawer, It not only fits, I think there is at least a quarter to half inch leeway in the band, and my band has been the same around for years, and at 72 Years are Years. Even Big Girls like pretty things, even more than usual, Danged Hard to find! So the Girls are happy, I still can breathe and after a Rotten Abysmal night, maybe things are turning around!👍😝🎶

Arcoxia is a Coxib, is IT a near-enough cousin to NSAIDS that you will have to delete it? Or will you be allowed to keep it since you are a Sleeve Candidate? I have an Ulcer 💢caused by excessive NASID usage, so I worry about it for others.

And I am waiting for my second attempt at releasing my stricture, Dr Noria, my Dr Needleman's partner who is very skillful at endoscopy, , to quote Duck Dynasty, it is her "bang zone", attempted on October 12 to release it, dicovered I now have 5 new ulcers, around the stoma opening and on the back wall of,the jejunem, I have been on Carafate around the clock every 6 hoursc(6am-Noon- 6pm-Midnight) and doubled up my omeprazole to twice daily, told me to maintain vitamins, Zofran, minerals, and of course the Carafate, and omeprazole, which I was on when my first ulcer, Hector, was discovered back in December 2017, I don't believe for,me it is gastric-protective, but I will slog along with it. Liked Dexilent MUCH better but They are the specialists, aren't they? And the same liquid diet, what I Call Stage 2A, there are things on a true 2 Precious Pouch balks or refuses. Don 't add anything she has refused before, this includes plain Greek yogurt weak runny cooked cereal, cottage cheese, even a salted soggy saltine, I always could keep them down the only other time in life when I had so much emesis, pregnancy. She will try again October 26th, another EGJ, can't call it an EGD, because a bypasser's duodenum is no longer accessible. And this morning I woke up with right subcostal pain, the self-same pain that sent me to the gastroenterologist last winter. They thought then, it m8ght have been from Hector, my anteal gastric ulcer, that's why I underwent my EGD then. Took my Carafate as close as I could to 6AM, I had a rough night, got woke up about 2, couldn't get back to sleep until 4:30, then back awake for that dumb pill. Have to pour boiling water on it to melt it down and chug, well you know, what passes for a chug these days, the slurry. Tastes about as thrilling as white flour paste, but I do it,I do it. So now what, keep sipping small sips of water, go open a protein shake, or stop even putting THAT in? I've read , I've studied, I probably got as much book knowledge as a layperson can have, but still this surgery did not come with an Owners Manual. I am in Subjective, not Objective Mode. See my white flag waving? I SURRENDER! Bypass Surgery 150 Frustr8 Nil! And yes, my bowels are working so I can't be full of💩anymore.
