How about iced tea with fruit in it, and it would be a mock Tom.Collins. Here's a story about the real thing. I tended to being colicky, probably got on my parents nerves, they were to have a cousin or aunt to watch me for a while. Went down to the neighbor good pub to have a few. Mama drank a double Tom Collins, came back home, nursed me , evidently the strained amount of alcohol was just enough to cure my colic and I never had it again!

Maybe they are only virtual ones, we,got "het up" for nothing!💦👸

Nestle Splash Acai Grape; always thought it was mildly grape taste. now it is slightly sweet and the fruit flavor is. intensified. But alas most of the shakes are thick, sweet and too intense in flavor. So I thin them down to half strenght with skim or 1% milk. That way I still get my protein, just takes longer to get it all down.

Now I really like the Peaches and Cream premier Protein. Some,people say it tastes fakey, I think it tastes like those circus peanuts, the shaped candy ones and I loved them as a baby Frustr8.

I'm also 7 weeks out , or I will be on Wednesday. And I am the other end of the Spectrum, due to a stoma stricture i am on liquids only, I call it 2A because there items on the regular Stage 2 diet, yes the same one we regularly are on at hospital dismissal. My su4geon okayed me to progress on at 6 day an but shortly after that I had to regress back and I have been limping along since then. Manage to get adequate fluid levels , my protein thanks to 2 shakes a day is pretty okay but haven't totalled up my calories, hopefully 600? Taking liquid Calcium. a multivitamin, went back to my prenatal, easier to handle for me, added a B12 sublingual at the begining,of this month, still on Zofran at least until stricture resolution, Ditropan and Azo for my bladder, Wellbutrin to help me handle stress, Zyrtec,and Singulair for respiratory, Omeprazole and Carafate for my stomach and think that's it. Friday I will undergo my second EGJ, my surgeon's partner Dr Noria 😷will attemp to stretch my stoma, couldn't do it on the 12th, found 5 additional ulcers, didn't want to start me bleeding so now we try again. Part of me would like to watch it on a monitor, intellectual curosity. But most of me says "Relax, Go To Sleep,and Dr Noria 😷will have a nice surprise🎁 for you when you wake👀 back up!😷" And then I can move on like you into the good parts of a post-surgical diet. Feels SO VERY LONG being. where I am!

That's what I do with my omeprazole, fine if you like crunchy applesauce, always reminds me of thin moist kitty litter, but then O and I have an uneasy alliance anyway. Every ulcer I have I was on Omeprazole, I do not believe it is gastro- protective.

You know the old saying was What does not kill you merely serves to strengthen you. I would like to know how close you need to get to death for maximum strength effect? Child abuse is a game that never should have been played , all victims have scars, they just aren't visible,to people outside, it does not negate the truth of it all!💦Years pass but memories still remain.
