Could you stir a pinch of cocoa and some stevia into some yogurt?, the vanilla usually enhances the chocolate,taste. That's the first thing that comes to mind, I think maybe Hershey might make a sugar-free syrup, I know Smuckers makes a diet version of their caramel ice cream topping, so why wouldn't a big place like Hershey/Reese Cups do the same?

And I just found one that tastes nearly as good, Ensure High Protein, I got the 🍓 Strawberry because as anyone who's been here very long knows I'm allergic to Chocolate in all its different firms including cocoa butter and I have grown to LOATHE vanilla. They also have clear-type protein Water in Blueberry Pomegranate. It does not have that Daley flakey evaporated over- processed milk taste I can barely stomach. And since. I have been swilling in protein shakes since I started my Liver-shrinking diet August 1st , I may not be ordained but I Can Lay-Preach on this subject !!!

Last time I told someone how much I have lost since surgery, they drew back. and said "Sweet Jesus Jones, just HOW BIG were YOU?" and to that point I was feeling triumphant! There was so much less of ME I thought people would celebrate with me. But even on TPN with my calories up to what I would consider mid-point, 1403, I lost 3 whole pounds. Maybe instead of a year to goal I shall be 18 or so months. Still okay, maybe less of a shock to the Old chassis.I am a🚗 jalopy not a sleek BMW after all, But jalopies are trustworthy, they do get you where you need to go and the Finish Line🚧is just that, don't matter if you get there in a rush or chug-a-chugging along. So Beep Beep I'm still on my way!

You can put an egg white or Eggbeaters into your boiling broth and make egg drop soup. Progresso soups, I would go with only the Light varieties, wouldn't want to go over maybe 15 carbs and try to stay under 100 calories if possible. That's why making your own is so good, you can control what goes in, and spice it if necessary yourself.

Well the SADI forum isn't as large as RnY and Sleeve but I'm sure someone will weigh in soon. May be from overseas , SADI seems to be more popular there!

I wish I thought of this, it's a Super Cool idea. We want to be treated as an individual, not just one of a herd, why not extend the same courtesy to our Caregivers in Bariatrics? Your girls are going to grow up exceptional with you as a Mama training them! God Bless you and them.😇👼

No I had an equally fine post-surgical experience, so good that I lifted my gown to make sure I even had my surgery. I'm arthritic, have been since I was 25, so this was pretty low on the pain scale. Much of my Surgical apprehension was unfounded, I had and still have a wonderful surgeon. Would that my other doctors were half as good as my Dr Needleman. And I have had a bumper later recovery but he, his partner Dr Sabrena Noria and I are still commited to my final success. I'll be fine in the long run!

Hey I have a new variety of shake, you know after being on liquids SO LONG my palate is getting jaded, I think I have tried most all of them. Since I can't easily get the flavors I desire I reached out to something else I hadn't tried. Ensure High Protein shake, it actually doesn't have that processed evaporated taste I have grown to loathe.I got strawberry🍓because I'm allergic to chocolate and vanilla is BORING. Dang it actually tastes fine, and Ross Laboratory out of Columbus Ohio makes it, so almost a Hometown Product. Saw they also make a clear protein drink, I think the flavor is Blueberry Pomegranate, not tried it yet. But 16 grams protein, 160 calories and of course they brag they contain 23 vitamins/ minerals. So Hurray for ME! Only bad thing , had to give $8 for the six pack, but the trade off is worth it!🍶
