  1. I agree! I add water and a little bit of the PP water and then a lemon wedge adds freshness if you feel it's missing something it's my mocktail right now!
  2. I'm doing just fine. Slow and steady. I've been using a 20 oz coffee traveler mug and my goal is to get 2 of those in a day. I've been diluting premier protein clear with water to help with protein I am also allowed 2 shakes a day but can barely get 1 in.
  3. I had one repaired during my surgery on 2/28/17. Not a big difference in pain. My recovery has been fairly easy and I've only needed liquid Tylenol for pain. The gerd is gone! You'll do just fine!
  4. Same! I was on 2/28. I've found that walking and standing helps. I'll just stand and watch tv. Also liquid Tylenol has been helpful. I'm sure these pains are totally normal. Recovery sucks but it will be so worth it in a month best of luck!
  5. I also has a hernia repair and I feel really good. Very little pain today but I'm trying to stay ahead of with with liquid Tylenol. My goal is to get 40 oz of liquids in daily which my doctor said was fine. I start shakes today too. My large incision is gruesome looking, very, very bruised and most of the pain comes from that point. Heating pad, waking, standing have helped a lot. I just stand, drink and watch funny, feel good shows most of the day
  6. I was sleeves 2/28 and plan on going back in 1 week. I'm healing really well though and don't have much pain.
  7. I was sleeved on 2/28 and have found that drinking out of a travel coffee mug helps me get a lot of liquids in while maintaining the "sip" factor. Hope this helps someone out there!
  8. It's the final countdown! I go in for VSG on Wednesday the 28th at 7am! Gaaah! I'm very nervous but so excited Any last minute advice/tips/tricks/things for the hospital? Peace love vsg[emoji175]
