i also love the premier protein shakes,have only tried,chocolate,vanilla,& caramel which is my favorite one so far.i also use isopure unflavored powder to mix in everything.

i was sleeved on 4/2 & only had loose stool/diarrhea up until yesterday & was finally solid.hang in there,gets better as u progress w full liquids & pureed food

so idk how to post pictures yet,so challenged,lol,will as soon as i figure it out

well i was so excited to start puree foods today,almost 2 wks post op & i had a scrambled egg,which i have been looking forward to all wk,and it was not so good to me.it is so crazy how ur tastebuds can chg.i hope the rest of the meals today taste better.

i also love powerade zero,but have u tried gaterade 2 or sf koolaid?they actually taste pretty good.i also like celestial cinnamon spce apple tea,hot,it tastes like red hots & soothng.when ur on full liquids u should also try sf hot chocolate.

chunkysoup,just wanted to let u know i just got a surprise bill for $1,200 that i wasnt expecting.apparently my upper gi was not included in my pkg but of course no one pointed that out to me,even though i had receptionist go over anything that could come up over & beyond the pkg price.just make sure u ask lots of questions about what big bills could come up.

mitchjoann,u have been planning & waiting for so long,dont b nervous,u are gonna do great.i had to just relax & leave it in God’s hands.try & get that xanax though if u can,lol

oh im so glad,u had us all worried there for a minute.

i think having a pc of fruit for a snack is fine,as long as ur meeting ur liquid & protein goals at the end of the day,u will b fine.it was not the fruit that got us all to this point,lets be real & keep things in perspective.

i was sleeved on 4/2,everything has been really good,im full of energy,everything is almost healed.i still get a little diarrhea & gas in the evening ,tmi,but hoping that will change when i get to more solid foods.

i can take any pill that is the size of an m&m & i just cut my big one in half & had to get a 3 a day instead of 1 a day since it was time released.i luv my bariatric advantage soft chew vitamins

im in mo & i was self paying but all my pre op tests & follow up visits were all included in my price.i only had to pay for consultation & psych evaluation

i use premier shakes but also have unflavored isopure protein powder & so for the taste doesnt bother me at all.

im still on full liquids,wk 2 post op.its def better than clear liquids but still just crm soups,crm of wht,apple sauce,sf pudding,sf fudgesicles,sf yogurt.im looking forward to starting pureed foods sun.

i can also drink my 11oz protein shake in 15 mins,will def feel full especially after that 20min mark hits.only lots of gas in the evening & over night.everything else has been great.im dwn 26lbs since my 1 wk preop,had surgery on 4/2,i am so glad everything has been good & surgery behind me.starting pureed foods on sunday,woohoo ive been walking every day,ready to go bk to wk,getting bored.

the premier clear tropical flavor tastes ok but is so sweet,i had to water dwn halfway & eventually 3/4’s,i still have a bunch & just cant stand them at all anymore.i love the chocolate,vanilla,& caramel flavors ive tried in the premier shakes so far.i tried the isopure unflavored protein in my crm of wht cereal yesterday & couldnt tell the difference.

i slept on my side the very first night in the hospital & had no problems at all.i was sleeved on april 2nd & everything has been good,dwn 26 lbs since the 1 wk liq preop.i just tend to have gas in the evening & throughout the night which i could live w/out.i definitely need to eat & drink slower,i start pureed phase on sunday.i have been walking every day.i go bk to wk next tues.i could have def. went bk way sooner,but its been nice getting my new routine dwn w liquids,eating,vitamins,& exercise.
