    To much for a meal?

Thank you for the info... Honestly I never thought to put how much I'm eating into ounces! (Other than protein) It's a great idea. I don't post much on the site but I'm always reading. I love this group! Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    To much for a meal?

Love it!! Thank you! So helpful. My overrating is continuing to eat when I'm already full and eating/snacking when I'm not truly hungry.. And it's mainly junk. I feel like I'm doing exactly what got me to be over weight to begin with. Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    To much for a meal?

Thank you... Things are so confusing. I actually asked my surgeon if it was possible to stretch it back out and he said yes that overrating can actually do it. But I hear so many different things I don't know what to believe. I think I will try the reset..I was doing well for months after surgery but now I need to get back on track. Thank you again! 4. I'm almost 9 months out. I haven't been the best lately with food. I'm afraid my overrating might have caused some stretching. But I'm curious, do you think 2 eggs and a piece of toast is a lot for one meal? Are you able to eat that in one sitting 9 months out? Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Before and after pics

Thank you so much. I do have a lot of loose skin, my upper thighs, my stomach upper arms and breasts. As hard as it is to look at it sometimes, it is better than being heavy. I haven't worked out much but that is mainly due to my cardiac issues. I wish I was able to do more exercise other than small walks. Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

The only words of encouragement I have would be... You CAN do it. There will be tough times and honestly depressing times. Try your best to stay focused on the end result. I never thought I would be able to choose fruit over junk, or chicken over pizza... But I did and can. Not to say I still don't struggle, but I never want to get in the.. It is okay this time rut again. Have faith in yourself. As far as tips, try to keep snacks available that are good for you. When I start having the urge to eat something not good, I grab something healthy to take the edge and my mind off. Like nuts, yogurt, or cheese sticks. As far as the pre op... Try to do your research on foods that you can have for each stage and get what you can ahead of time. Trying to find something when you are hungry can be dangerous. Best of luck to you!! 11. I don't have exactly the same... But I have congestive heart failure and have an ICD. My heart failure doctor approved my surgery and I did have a cardiac team in the OR. Everything went well. They did temporarily inactivated my ICD and left paddles on me during surgery. I'm sure they will take every precaution for you as well. Good luck! Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Very discouraged

I also think a lot has to do with a few factors, like how much people lost on pre-op and how people are feeling. I have lost a good bit I went from 227 to 170 and I'm not even 8 weeks out. However, I haven't felt well most of the time and I have a hard time getting food down and getting the amount of protein and fluids in. So honestly, I'm not sure it's healthy on my end. I'm scared that I will have a hard time keeping it off because of it. It sounds to me you are doing all the right things and are on the right path. Your hard work has paid off and you look amazing. I guess what I'm trying to say is we all have the worries, just in different ways. The great thing, is you have lost and kept it off and have toned your body at the same time. I wish my body looked as good as yours.. But because of not feeling good I haven't been able to exercise. Keep up the good work, and pat yourself on the back for how well you have come and are doing.
