    So Guys it’s been a very long time. But my surgery was March 7 and preop I was 212 pounds now it is July and I am a 175 just wanted to give you guys an update with the pictures of Then and now still a lot of work ahead 💪🏼💪🏼🤪😘🤗

    These are great to make once a week and warm up on the go! You can add some unflavored Protein Powder to give it an extra punch.

    I’m a month out and still have a lot going on at home so I just make tuna and go lol but looking at u I need to get my **** together. I wonder how many calories I should be eating and I do 1 hr of high intensity Zumba / boot camp lol I don’t feel sick or anything

    Oh you know, the usual... slave to the scale LOL. I think I've hit the dreaded 3 month stall. I'll find out tonight, but I weighed in 3 days in a row with no movement at all, which is unusual for me. I think I'm going to post a full body on Friday, if its nice enough to wear this dress I bought.

    Damm a stall maybe you need to shock your body with a crazy ass workout lol or something lol post a pic I would love to see the progress. U got this for sure f**k 3 months in 4 months your gonna be like wow hahah xoxox

    Probably blood clots (which aren't dangerous in a minor vein like your arm). As long as your arm isn't getting red or swollen along the vein you probably don't have superficial thrombophlebitis and don't have anything to worry about. I would put a warm compress on it to see if that helps. If you do go to the ER, just be aware that the most likely treatment is going to be an anti-inflammatory, which you need to call your Surgeon about BEFORE letting them give it to you (there is a reason you aren't allowed to take NSAIDs right now).
    If its any consolation I have the same issue, though only in my wrist.
