On my first appointment the Doc said aim for 60 grams protein a day. Good luck. I am 4 month into the 6 month pre op diet. Down 18 pounds. -

Sometimes the anesthesia causes dreams. I had bad nightmares when I had an emergency c section years ago and coming off morphine creates violent dreams. Just Incase this helps

You can always tell them that any carbonated beverage can contribute to bone loss. So encourage them to stop there sodas too. Just a thought

Watch on Netflix THE BIG WARD. it was an eye opener about cheating on the pre op diet and the consequences. Fluffy has an excellent point. If you can do weight watchers you can do the pre op diet. Don’t let your head get in your way. Good luck and keep posting -

My endoscopy is in April only beginning my 4th month pre op. I’m a little scared about it. Cause if swallowing issues and acid reflux do to a new med I’ve been on. I’m clueless about what the test will show. HELP!!
