  1. I was banded in Mexico on 6-5-08.I live in Virginia. The closest facility that will do a fill under fluroscopy is in New Jersey with a price tag of $365 and 7 hours of driving, not including my gas at $4 a gallon to get there.I have decided to fly back to Mexico for the fill.My plane ticket and the $279 fee for the fill in Mexico is still $6 cheaper than if i drove to Jersey.Isn't that nuts??The $279 fill in Mexico at the clinic I went to also includes the shuttle service to and from San Diego airport and 1 night stay in that fabulous Hotel Lucerna.
  2. kiz, Im doing good, port site is still pretty sore. Dr. Brengeman is great,he did a breast biopsy on me in 2005.He is really nice, you will like him..
  3. I was banded on June 5 in Tijuana,Mexico by Dr. Ariel Ortiz.Wow, what a wonderful experience. Everyone there was more than helpful on my 3000 mile journey, what a long plane ride. I just cant wait until I can have something of substance instead of protein water. My port site is still sore, but no gas, thank goodness.:smile2:
