  1. And possibly men for manscaping! It hurts like a MOTHER but worth it!
  2. I would assume for the ladies that it will be hard to bend over and shave legs (and other parts) post surgery...I am totally getting waxed! My legs are way past prickly HAHAHAHAHA they are more like fury at this point! Anyway, just a suggestion...carry on
  3. That’s encouraging. My endocrinologist took me off of metformin bc we aren’t having more babies (I totally would tho) it wasn’t doing anything for me I don’t think.
  4. [emoji173]️
  5. I better be ok! Husband deployed and returns in September lol he may be a bit disappointed if I’m having issues
  6. So question on the diuretics...I thought those were a no no bc of possible dehydration...thus the reason water has been etched in our brains...
  7. Sorry about the book I just posted [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  8. IM SO HANGRY! Lmao I’m going into day 5 tomorrow...my date is the 31st(I feel like people have seen this from me multiple times on other threads) I know this will be sooooo worth it! I too have PCOS and cannot wait to feel normal again! I have felt so uncomfortable in my own skin for 10+ years...like I want to just claw my way out....at first when my endocrinologist suggested Bariatric surgery I was super offended...I cried when I got in my car that day. After I collected myself after a month or so I googled it. At that point I felt like God had opened a door for me to get myself back! Not just me getting me back but my poor husband [emoji23] for multiple reasons...and my kids....nothing worse than raising teens and mouthy preteens with crazed hormonal mood swings! My husband is deployed and won’t be back until September, I CANNOT wait for him to come home to the new(old) me!
  9. I’m hangry! Lmao! I’ll make it tho!
  10. I just realized how little punctuation I didn’t use [emoji23]
  11. I totally get what all of you are saying. I am not diabetic or pre (so they say) I totally get the not being able to lose any significant weight no matter what we do. My surgery date is May 31st....2 week liquid diet (I’m so hungry) is happening now lol I can’t wait until surgery day!!!!!!!
  12. So I made some sugar free pudding with protein powder. It really helped with the not eating.
  13. The clear protein drink is good. They have it at sams and Costco.
  14. Thanks! This has been an very unexpected blessing!
  15. I’m doing MUCH better today. I even took my kids to ihop and I just had coffee with my vanilla protein drink in it. It really helped.
  16. Thank you...I do watch YouTube for inspiration. I’m sure I’m being too dramatic [emoji23][emoji23]
  17. I’m may 31...I am so ashamed...I had a little popcorn at the movies with my kids [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] I literally feel like a failure ugh! I am getting emotional about it BAD! Who would ever think this would come with so much freaking guilt over a little popcorn. I am worried now that it will affect my surgery date. I KNOW BETER! Anyway, same two week liquid diet/fast whatever you wanna call it. I call it torture lol stuck with it!
  18. soooooo having a date and having all prerequisites complete is different than actually getting the insurance approval in the mail!!!!! yikesers! its really y'all!!!!!!!! may 31...great way to end may!
  19. My husband is a Blackhawk pilot so that is where my mind always goes with I see something like that. That’s not a civilian helicopter so kind of unusual for someone to use it outside of the army.
  20. Hey what does your name mean? I think pilot when I see it....
  21. May 31...liquids start today! My husband is deployed so when he comes home in September I will be a new girl!
  22. That is the pubic bone area.
  23. Has anyone tried powdered collagen protein? It is supposed to be amazing for hair skin Nails and joints...I was looking into it today. One of my friends swears by it....
  24. My friends threw me a party last weekend lol (then got extended 6 days longer) but one of my other friends and I have been going to a lot of fun restaurants that I normally wouldn’t go to [emoji847] it’s been really fun!
