That sounds yum! My absolute favorite springtime dessert is Pavlova. I make them individual size, build your own style with meringue, lemon curd, fresh berries, berry sauce & whipped cream. From Easter:

    Please Eat

@Creekimp13 You don't like it when your choices are judged and criticized, but seem prone to chastise others. There are many (some?) vets or semi-vets here on this board. We have all successfully lost and maintained. But we have taken different paths. Of course we have our biases that our approach is the best one. But the truth is it's just what worked for us individually, we don't know if it would work for someone else. We also can't be sure if it will continue to work even for us next week or next year. Can't we just share our experiences without telling others they're doing it wrong?

ADVICE FROM A 10 YEAR VETERAN

@Queen of Crop Have you looked into body dysmorphia at all? At 155, you really should feel miserable and worse than you did at 223. I am now 20 lbs overweight and MISERABLE. In fact, it's so interesting that I feel more uncomfortable now, heavier now, more self-conscious now, than I did at 223 lbs.

    Skin removal surgery

Yes ... my weight loss slowed, then plateaued a bit as I got to what I thought was my goal. But then I lost another 10-15 lbs in 4-6 weeks. That weight loss took me from a C cup to an A cup. Even after I was at a steady weight, below "goal" my body seemed to shift. I have pictures of me in a dress, and then 6 months later, at the same weight it hung on me.

    Skin removal surgery

I'm 16 months post op from a lower body lift and breast augmentation. I had several consultations and chose the surgeon that would do it all in one surgery (not the only reason I chose my surgeon, but one of them). My surgery was only 3.5 hours long. My surgeon seems to work unusually fast, which is at least in part due to his male PA, who assists in surgery. I have scars, but are quite faded by now. In general fair skin scars better than darker complexions. It was painful, but manageable, I took opioids for only a few days. (If opioids make you nauseous, try a scopolamine patch. I have the same issue and it works wonders) I have actually had a 2nd round of plastic surgery since then. Both times I didn't need a significant amount of help. I have no regrets about plastic surgery. It has given m a body I had never dreamed was possible. There is a plastic surgery forum on here. You can read about a lot of people's journeys.

    OOTD

They are! I have to say my black pair is more booty flattering for whatever reason.
  10. Lots of solid advice here. I am very grateful that I waited for breast work until I was at a stable weight. When I was at what I thought was my goal weight I was a solid C. I dropped 15 lbs below goal, and went from a C to an A in a month. So my breasts were drastically affected by relatively minor weight loss. On the other hand I am 10-15 lbs above my lowest weight, and my lower body lift has help up perfectly. So my experience also says weight loss is more detrimental that (small to moderate) weight gain.

I'd suggest trying pick up again. I agree, at the beginning of the pandemic pick up was terrible because the cuts and subs were out of control. But now I get minimal subs and cuts. And the I do get subs are nearly always an upgrade. Like no Great Value flour, King Arthur instead. Or subbing a 24 oz frozen broccoli for 2 -16 oz.
  16. Living in LA I know a few Mrs Lastname's 😂 In all seriousness I have a friend who has 650's and they look perfectly normal, not crazy porn star at all.
  17. I had 5 drains, and still was able to sleep on my side. I was able put pillows all around me, in front and in back and between my knees. It's the only position that I was able to sleep halfway decently in.
  18. I'm on team 650! 😂 I love my full breasts and sometimes wish I had gone bigger. 😪

I had them on the stand by. But my drain continued to be bloody, so my surgeon never had me use them. I only had one in office on the day I was flying home, 2 weeks post op. I did the first night after surgery. Having the lower body lift I was grateful I didn't need to get up that first night My breast aug was nearly 0 pain. My lower body lift was painful, mostly when I was trying to move around. If I was still is was more like deeply uncomfortable. The back pain from being hunched along with the general soreness sitting in one position for most of the day. The most lasting pain is from muscle repair, which faded, but hung around for a couple of months. Normal. I was just generally low key miserable. Able to function, work etc., but taking no joy in things.

I didn't own a real bra in my actual size pre aug. I was either in a sports bra, or stuffed a too big real bra. Pathetic lol! But I was most likely an A.

Sounds very similar to me! I have 450 cc implants. I’m a year out from ps. Most days I think they’re the perfect size for me. But some days I wish they were a bit bigger. I didn’t waffle about the size presurgery because that’s as large as my surgeon would go. I’m unsure about cup size because when I was ready to move out of sports bras lockdown started, and I never made the switch. PM me if you want some pics!
