A lot of vitamins make me terribly nauseas. But I now take Whole Foods Prenatal that my surgeon's PA recomended. I can take it on an empty stomach no problem -

Lol, thanks! I figure this is what my life is, and I just have to make it work the best I can. But I have to be realistic. It won't be all grilled chicken and cucumbers. I'm relaxing a bit with my goal weight honestly. I was hyper focused in part because I wanted to have plastics next month. But then work interfered with that plan. So I don't HAVE to be at my target weight by any particular time. I might see if I can split up the plastics I want into 2 surgeries. I might do tummy and boobs at the end of the year, maybe? So hard to carve out the few weeks I'll need at home to recover. And then a have a big vacay in early Feb, so I need to be 100% for that. I'm also feeling more relaxed because I'm happy with how I look in clothes. I'm a 10 in jeans and slacks, I'm mostly a medium in work shirts. I'm a large in fitted t shirts. I like my curves. My tummy can be held in by tight fitting pants or compression garments. I'm coming around a bit on how I look naked too. I still don't like it, but I have a new man who's providing plenty of positive feedback, so there's that. Who knows, next week I might be all angst-y about it again -

Yes, this! My jeans and leggings do an amazing job of holding me in. I use compression garments under dresses only when things look a little jiggly -

For me, no IF nor did I eat very wisely yesterday. Oh well, I had a good few days proceeding it. Starting a week that is going to be all wineing and dining, including breakfast meetings. So no IF, more cals, non-ideal eating, and alcohol for this week ahead. We'll see what the scale has to say about it when I return -

It was actually pizza! Thank goodness for Aldi hungry shopping, or else all I'd have to offer is cauliflower rice or spirailzed carrots! -
I'm definitely the Molly in that conversation ....

Woo Hoo ... weight finally dropped below my "low" from a couple of weeks ago! It may have something to do with my near total fast yesterday and some cardio ! Whatever, I'll take it! The bad news is, I woke up a hungry hungry hippo this morning. Super unusual for me. We'll see if I can power through with hydrating! -
@GreenTealael I was watching Insecure last night and this quote made me think of you Molly: “You gotta f**k a lot of frogs to get a good frog.”

If you really wanted to you could weigh the frying oil before and after, to know how much was absorbed. I personal am good with guesstimating, but just in case you're not. This is the type of thing an airfryer is great at cooking, and also reheating. -

Dating is a numbers game, so IME, online is only option that is likely to get enough dates to eventually find someone compatible with to build a relationship. I totally get not wanting to date online, but it will greatly diminish your odds

I'm with @FluffyChix ... At 7.5 months out, I definitely cannot just eat whatever I want and still lose. I need to be conscience of what I eat and make good choices.

They have them here at Bariatric Pal, protein gummies. They are just relatively high cal vs. protein content

I do something similar. I drink right up to my meal. But then I often won't drink for hours after. It helps me keep that full sated feeling.

My family is incredibly long lived. This is kind of deep and heavy, but I have learned I definitely don't want to live forever, or even as long as some family members have. -

I can totally do the gelato only while walking rule, easy, peasy! Super strict pre vacay, ugh, not possible with my current schedule.
