    Need some advice

You may be hungry because of a nutritional deficiency. If you can only eat 1000 calories a day you may not be getting enough of something. Surgery is traumatic to your body and that coupled with the very quick weight loss could account for the stall. Just keep keeping on and eventually you should start to loose again. These are all just guesses based on what I have seen in myself and may or not be helpful to you. Take what you like and leave the rest.
  2. I never expected to reach a normal BMI. My personal goal was to get down to 180. I am 5’8” and when I got there I was so excited but my body wasn’t done. I ended up at 160 which puts me in the “normal “ range. I didn’t do anything to loose the additional weight. I am 53 years old and feel better than ever and I think I look pretty good too. I think the answer is different for everyone but for me it turned out to be a normal BMI.
