Mix chocolate Protein Powder with the milk and mix well then follow the directions for the instant sugar free pudding box
I usually make this last 2 days so I get 60g protein each day
I also eat scrambled eggs, usually 1/2 to 1 egg
Broiled fish Chicken salad with light mayo Egg salad light mayo Lots of sugar free popsicles Fat free cheese sticks Natural apple sauce Organic 3 Beans in can Cottage cheese But I only eat about 1/4 cup at a time
