Hi Thanks for replying, you have done really well! What else has helped and if you dont mind what Protein pudding have you been having? I'm a bit stuck on food choices

1 box sugar free pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 scoops 60g protein powder

Mix chocolate protein powder with the milk and mix well then follow the directions for the instant sugar free pudding box

I usually make this last 2 days so I get 60g protein each day

I also eat scrambled eggs, usually 1/2 to 1 egg

Broiled fish
Chicken salad with light mayo
Egg salad light mayo
Lots of sugar free popsicles
Fat free cheese sticks
Natural apple sauce
Organic 3 beans in can
Cottage cheese
But I only eat about 1/4 cup at a time
