Coming up to the normal foods stage, i haven’t lost weight whilst I’ve been in the puréed foods stage... I’m actually worried about eating now.

How did you find this stage and is there and good advice for max weight loss. I lost 20lbs up to the puréed stage then it’s just stoped and even gone up 2lb which is really disheartening. Thanks

Wow fancy not wanting you to have surgery. Pleased you’re loving life. I think I would too if I lived in Florida. Very jealous
