    Very pleased my surgery was 8 months ago I lost 50 lb almost at my goal weight 20 more pounds no more sleep apnea no more diabetes blood pressure down cholesterol is good everything got better since the surgery I love it I'm at about 1500 calories a day my goal weight is 150 I should be there soon and I love it walk an hour a day pretty good.
