Hair loss and hair dye and hair cuts.

Personally I don’t think should add any products outside of oils. I think your hair follicles are sensitive. Same thing has happened to me. Black caste oil helps to make your hair thicker. I stand by that religiously. I also take BioSil morning n night to help with growth. The hair loss will stop, promise. As for dying your hair I would recommend using henna its natural. 🙂

    PERIOD OUT OF CONTROL

I’m 3wks post op from the bypass. Everything was going to great. No dumping. Just getting back in the swing of things...My period has been so far 13 days extremely heavy with clotting (sorry for the details). I’m feeling weak and always tired. I’ve stopped taking the blood thinner as per my surgeon. I spoke to my OB. She says with rapid weight loss it can cause lengthy menses and my hormones are out of whack. She wants to do a PG test!!!! I’m for sure I wasn’t pregnant prior to surgery. That was checked a few times prior. She also would like to do an ultrasound and some other workup. Suggesting birth control! I’m not against it but it wasn’t something I wanted to then hv to get it removed and the process of trying to conceive after a yr post op Please can anyone help with their experiences...

    December Sleevers??

Try not to stress. It happens I work in a hospital. They probably just need more time to prep the room
  8. Omg thank you so much for the info. I walking a lot everyday already so I’m good there. I only do coffee and I only drink it when I really need it. So to let that go shouldn’t be a problem. I already started purchasing everything I need after surgery [emoji16] How do u feel about the vitamin patches? I was thinking about getting them

  10. I’m super nervous about my surgery now. Still waiting on the ins approval but it looks promising. Surgical consult is 12/12. Liquid diet start 12/16 🤭 Any tips? How soon did you start working out?
