Hi All,
This is my first post. My surgery date is December 21. I was going the insurance route but the hoops I had to jump through were endless and I really wanted to get this done this year, so I am self paying with a different surgeon and hospital. I am both excited and scared. This is the biggest commitment I have made to my health in decades.

My surgery date is December 14th ! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time lol . I started this process in May. I took the Kaiser classes for 12 weeks , did the sleep tests . Met the surgeon on Tuesday the 21 . Congratulations to everyone and good luck on your journey

I feel the same way....definitely tge biggest commitment health-wise. We are surgery twins....My date is the 21st as well.

My Surgery is also scheduled for Dec. 5th, I'm on my 2 week liquid diet now. Congrats on your date. We can do this!!!
