anybody else can physically see there body changes. I put the same outfit on that wore to the hospital and boy what 2 weeks make. They are falling off me. This is so amazing after all thes years of trying and all I needeto do was chandler what goes in to my body.

Use an ice pack ... that was pretty much the only thing that controlled my pain... no narco tremedal.. tynelol... nothing else was helping me

I’m okay with pain I think is the gas and I don’t know how to help me get rid of it.... I’m burping little by little but pain still there. Was nauseous and felt like throwing up yesterday but not today.
