I'm writing this three days post-op. I have been getting on the scale every morning since discharge and nothing has moved yet. That's discouraging, but I'm hoping it's just because I was tanked up on fluids in the hospital. I moved to Phase 2 at discharge and started that yesterday. I'm being strict and hopeful.
