I️ was sleeved on 10/31. I️ am having same struggles and and the last two days up 3 pounds as well. I️ believe we are retainging Water . I️ am going to force the water in tomorrow good luck !

I'm from MA too, closer to Providence. Had my surgery at Newton Wellesley.
